Do You Know The Cost?

Do we really know the cost that GOD and HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON paid for us all? Can we ever really understand what really happened? Can our hearts bear it? Can we endure the truth? I know there are times that I come close to understanding it all, and my heart grows heavy and tears begin to flow from my eyes. Sometimes, I get chills all over my body. Sometimes, I can barely raise my head while praying in this revelation.
What price was paid for us all?
That price cost GOD HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, who knew no sin, who did no wrong.
That price cost GOD’s ONLY BEGOTTEN SON JESUS – HIS Life and all the atrocities that occurred before HIS life ended.
Dear GOD – Help me! I was not worthy. I was not worth it – But JESUS and GOD still went through with it.
What kept JESUS on that cross? What allowed GOD to give up HIS ONLY Begotten SON?
I will tell you – It was Love!
“For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish but have everlasting life. For GOD sent not HIS SON into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through HIM might be saved.” John 3:16-17
